Donate a Device

We accept new and used devices alike — laptops, phones, and tablets, whether brand new, gently used, or in need of repair. Every device is professionally wiped of personal data before refurbishment.

New devices welcome: Techno Bank isn't just for used or broken devices — a brand new laptop, phone, or tablet is just as valuable a donation, and often goes straight to a recipient without needing any repair work.

What we can work with: devices with a cracked screen, dead battery, slow performance, or minor hardware issues are exactly what our refurbishment interns train on — please send those our way.

What we can't use: devices that are water-damaged beyond repair, missing major internal components, or that you already know won't power on or hold a repair. Devices we can't fix become e-waste we have to dispose of responsibly, which costs the program money instead of helping it. If you're not sure, describe the issue below and we'll let you know.

Optional but helpful: if you're able to, email 3 photos of the device (e.g. the screen turned on, the keyboard/keys, and the charger/ports) to info@it876solutions.com with the subject line "Techno Bank Device Photos — [Your Full Name]". This helps us confirm condition before pickup — but it's not required. If you'd rather not send photos, the description above is enough for us to work with.

How would you like to get it to us?

I understand all personal data on this device will be wiped before it is refurbished or reused, and that I am responsible for backing up anything I want to keep.
